Architect
The desire to design and build has always been in my bones. As a young Architect student at the University of Arizona, I was told by the Professor in a large lecture hall, "look to your right and look to your left, at the end of this 1st year of Architecture only one of you will decide to pursue this path"..... well here I am 33 years later and loving what I do. I interned in a local Firm became a Partner for several years and after building my personal house in 1999, I realized that I loved construction as much as designing. After receiving my Architecture License I decided to pursue obtaining my Contractor license so I could offer both design and construction services from my company. I enjoy helping guide and direct clients through the entire process from beginning to end and pride myself and my company with the ability to communicate well and have successful outcomes. Doing what I love and spending this time building our family business with two of my sons is a dream come true and certainly an American Dream.
Cody B. Petrick
Cody Petrick

Being the oldest of four boys in our family, Cody was active in our Church and Boy Scouts and learned a lot about self reliance and earned his Eagle Scout. Learning from being involved in construction projects around the house, summer work projects, and our rental properties renovations, roofing, framing, painting, water lines, he grew up being exposed to a lot of different types of work. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona Cody has always been hands on, interested in how things go together, how they come apart, drawing, designing, building things. Cody spent his first year out of college working in Fire Protection/Sprinkler design engineering until he joined our family business and has now expanded his knowledge and training to include architecture, engineering and construction where we put all three areas of the process together in one product/service for our clients.
Austin C. Petrick

Project Manager
Austin is the second in line of the four boys in the Petrick family. An athlete in High School, Austin took his baseball talent up through his Varsity year and always maintained good grades at the same time. Being involved in our Church and Boy Scouts, he learned a lot of personal, social and communication skills and earned his Eagle Scout. Austin attended Pima Community College in Tucson where he earned his Associates Degree and then transferred to the University of Arizona where he studied Business and Economics. Austin considered studying Architecture in College and has a talent with Art but decided to focus on business at that time. Austin joined our family business where he has shown his strength in management, planning, organization with projects from office work to field work. Austin has been involved with the City Entitlement process on our projects, involved with design drawings, construction documents and field construction management.
Anthony "Tony" Crismon
Tony Crismon
Construction Manager
A seasoned experienced general superintendent and construction manager starting his career in 1985, Tony has built custom homes and commercial developments in Arizona, California, Connecticut and Texas.
His past experience has included the title of General Superintendent where he has been responsible for managing multiple superintendents for multiple projects. Tony has experience with High rise buildings, multi-family apartment buildings, restaurants, automotive shops, health care, hospitals and medical offices to name a few. His duties include training, job walks of our projects and Safety Manager. Tony prides himself in keeping projects on schedule and budget. He works to help with subcontractor bidding, negotiations contract agreements for our projects along with Client meetings, phone calls and weekly updates to our office and clients with project schedule, photos and items of concern to keep the projects moving forward.
